1. Services and scope

Codeflare provides access to multiple model APIs, API key management, usage reporting, and billing. Available models, prices, regions, and features are shown on the website and in the console. When accessing third-party models, you must also follow the applicable provider rules.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information and protect your password, API keys, and verification credentials. Obtain authorization before acting for an organization. If you suspect a compromise, change your password, revoke affected keys, and contact us promptly.

You must have the legal capacity required to use the service. Minors should use it with their guardian's guidance and consent. Children under fourteen should not register or submit personal information on their own.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activities, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, unlawful content, attacks, fraud, or circumvention of access restrictions. Before submitting data, ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to process personal information.

AI output may contain errors, bias, or incomplete information. Review output for your intended use and do not rely on it as the sole basis for important medical, legal, financial, or similar decisions.

4. Fees and billing

Charges are based on published prices and actual usage. Rates may differ by model, input, output, and caching. Check prices, your balance, and key limits before making requests. Usage and financial records are available in the console.

Price changes are communicated through the model directory, console, or announcements. For payment, billing disputes, or refund requests, contact support with the relevant order or request details. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.

5. Content and data processing

Rights in submitted content and model output are determined by applicable law and third-party service rules. To fulfill model requests, Codeflare processes request content and forwards it to the relevant model provider.

See the Privacy Policy for details on account information, request records, and content storage. Assess the necessity of submitting sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or other people's data, and obtain appropriate authorization first.

6. Service changes and termination

Maintenance, network failures, third-party model changes, or force majeure may interrupt or change the service. We will address faults within reasonable limits and communicate material changes. Unlawful use, security risks, or violations of these terms may lead to lawful restrictions or account suspension. Contact us if you wish to dispute an action.

You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Settle outstanding charges, export information you need, and revoke keys before closure. Transaction and security records required by law are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and disputes

We remain responsible for liabilities imposed on us by law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Responsibility for issues involving third-party models, your content, or your use is determined by the actual circumstances and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Parties should first seek to resolve disputes through discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change and will display the update date here. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated appropriately.
